canceled pre order still shows as "Ready to install"

Discus and support canceled pre order still shows as "Ready to install" in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i canceled my pre order for The Division to upgrade to the Gold edition, but it still shows that the standard edition is ready to install I haven't...     canceled pre order still shows as "Ready to install"


    i canceled my pre order for The Division to upgrade to the Gold edition, but it still shows that the standard edition is ready to install

    I haven't actually purchased the Gold edition yet since i'm waiting for this to disappear from the list

    I canceled it around 3-4 o clock today, and the currency is back. Just not sure if it should have disappeared by now, or if this is usual.

    Well as long as you got your money back you should be good. You can cancel the download by hitting the menu button on the game and going to cancel installation.

    I had already canceled it and all just still shows up as ready to install.

    If the pre-order showed in your ready to install list, and the game is not showing now, try searching for it in the store. If it says install, then select it and start the install.

    Same here, bought the Mafia III Pre-order Bundle.

    Wont show up in "Ready to Install" (like the most Games i pre-ordered.)

    I thought its Pre-download ? Different Versions ?
