    My son redeemed a gift card on his xbox. He purchased a digital game. The status of the purchase says canceled on his xbox. The cost of the game has been subtracted from his balance. How do I get the money back? The game is not listed in his purchase history
    to be able to request a refund.

    I have also been having sign in problems but only with Sudoku. All my other Microsoft/Xbox games I play, Majong, jigsaw puzzles and ultimate word games sign in perfectly fine. The message says to check my internet connection but I've been playing WOW all
    day with no problems so there's no problem with my internet. Please can you let me know how I can fix this problem?
