    Why can't I cancel an order and please don't tell me to follow the cancelation process because there is no cancelation button on the order. Also, don't tell me to call the customer service number because automated answering service just keeps relaying but to the website which is not help and it will not transfer you to a actually live and breathing human.

    It cancelled it when you purchased the promotion and upgraded it to Ultimate. That's why when you cancelled it cancelled everything.

    Sorry can't cancel it in here you will have to cancel it either by login to your Microsoft account and cancel go to bills and payments or recent transactions usually gives you option to cancel.
