    Cancelation of Xbox subscription


    I have been trying to cancel our Xbox Live subscription for the past two weeks . Is there a phone number I can call to do this since our son set the account up over 5 years ago and we have no idea what Microsoft account he set up? Or should I simply dispute
    the charge on my credit card to get the subscription canceled? Your input is greatly appreciated.

    Can't Remove because of an outstanding balance?!

    When you aggree to a contract for autorenewal you aggree to a subscription

    Non payment is not notification off cancelation or the cancelation off your contract

    You must turn off autorenewal before the subscription renews
