Cancelation Confirmation

Dear Microsoft,

Could you please send me a email confirming the cancelation of my Xbox Ultimate Game Pass monthly payment.
This is because, last month I requested the cancelation to the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass however, I was still charged even though I had
canceled the subscription.

Is it possible to get a refund last month's payment?

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your subscription. We at this forum can't do anything regarding accounts and you have to reach out to
support.xbox.com to get the issue resolved, if any.

You can go to Services & subscriptions @ account.microsoft.com to see your current subscription status.

To cancel your Microsoft subscription:

Go to Services & subscriptions, and sign in with the Microsoft account you used when purchasing your subscription.
Find your subscription and select Manage. If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, skip to the Troubleshooting section - otherwise proceed to step 3.
On the next page, select Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type.
Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

One note since people never read the warning

If you had prepaid MONTHS stacked in the xgu you forfeit the balance cancelation of the xgu only refunds the 1 dollar a month

While it wasn't on my "must have" list of upcoming games I was still looking forward to giving it a go at some point.

If you have filed for a refund through the refund form you can ask for a cancelation simply by replying to the confirmation email requesting cancellation.

You can cancel the download by going to the download queue, but once you've confirmed a purchase you will be charged for it. You can't cancel the actual purchase.
