    With what you just explained. I could create another email and move that gamertag to it and then just give someone that account so i don't have to worry about it? can you explain how to move gametag from one email to another?

    It cancelled it when you purchased the promotion and upgraded it to Ultimate. That's why when you cancelled it cancelled everything.

    Sorry can't cancel it in here you will have to cancel it either by login to your Microsoft account and cancel go to bills and payments or recent transactions usually gives you option to cancel.
