    I just got billed today (my son subscribed to xbox one live a month ago). I was going to cancel before the month was up but didn't realised the date. I tried to cancel the automatic renewal today and it said it will cancel as of today which is not fair because
    if I have paid my money and I want to get the month's worth and then for it to stop in a month's time. I assume as a work-around have to set a reminder for myself for a month's time to cancel on the day before is that correct? Not very good customer service
    really, I understand they have taken my money for the coming month but if I cancel it should automatically cancel in a month and now when I press the button. Can anyone offer suggestions?

    Will i be able to cancel my Xbox Game Pass signature at any moment that i want?

    The only subscription where you should wait for some of the last days of the subscription before you cancel it is the game pass ultimate. That subscription would be canceled right that moment you cancel it and you would loose the rest of the time you already
    paid for.

    contact xbox support for that or go to account.microsoft.com sign in and you can see your subscriptions current and expired
    This does not deal with the issue. The subscription was cancelled within 30 days ( infact 1 day) and the original xbox gold live subscription should not have been upgraded.

    We still have 10 months on the original xbox gold live subscription which has just been cancelled.

    This is daylight theft !
