    Cancel Xbox Gamepass?


    I’ve tried to get on Halo 5: Guardians, Vut even with it installed and my disc in the Xbox I get an error message “If your subscription is current Renew it”

    I’ve tried leaving Xbox Game pass but whenever I get to the ‘Serviced and subscriptions it doesn’t load on my Xbox, IPad or phone.

    Either I buy game pass or halo which I honestly don’t want to since I’ve already got Halo 5’s disc from Game.

    Or is it possible a Xbox Administrator can automatically cancel it since nothing loads for me.

    Xbox live canceled

    Gamepass Ultimate includes Xbox Live gold and Gamepass. So if you cancel Gamepass Ultimate you cancel your gold too.

    Gamepass and Xbox Live Gold are two separate things. So you CAN cancel Gamepass and be just fine and have your Xbox Live Gold. However, if your subscription is for Gamepass Ultimate (which is the all-in-one) you cannot. Canceling that would then in turn
    cancel everything.

    You purchased gamepass and then canceled your Xbox live. Now you want to cancel gamepass so then when the subscription times run out you will no londer have either gamepass or live. You canceled both.

    I do not see any store refunding you for a subscription you bought, activated then canceled.

    Xbox gold ripped me off

    When you refunded the Ultimate GamePass you essentially canceled all subscriptions, as UGP is Xbox Live, GamePass for console and PC. You will have to resubscribe to Xbox Live and GamePass again.

    My entire 1 year Xbox Live Gold subscription got cancelled after cancelling 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

    Xbox ultimate includes gold and gamepass, your one year of live got converted into game pass ultimate time, but you would still have had live and gamepass, after you bought gamepass ultimate, it imediately transfers everything to gamepass ultimate, but
    since you canceled it, the converted time is also canceled, you should contact support.
