When you refunded the Ultimate GamePass you essentially canceled all subscriptions, as UGP is Xbox Live, GamePass for console and PC. You will have to resubscribe to Xbox Live and GamePass again.

Gamepass Ultimate includes Xbox Live gold and Gamepass. So if you cancel Gamepass Ultimate you cancel your gold too.

What the message above says is correct. You should try to cancel the subscription through your subscription page.

You click manage and then it will cancel the subscription, it will tell you that you can cancel it immediately with a refund. Otherwise, you'll have to turn off recurring billing and wait for your subscription to expire.
