Cancel the purchase because the description does not match the bundle.

I bought Darksiders Fury's Collection - War and Death. When you buy it was indicated that the package includes a Darksiders 3. But then, after payment, the game was removed from the set. I ask to return the money and cancel the purchase because the description
of the goods does not match the equipment. I have a screenshot of the Bundle page, which states that the game Darksider 3 is included.

Halo 4 Champions Bundle only functions within War Games

Although the Champions Bundle, and the sub bundles, file descriptions states that the software is for Halo 4, the bundle will only function within War Games. It does not function within Spartan Ops or Campaign. 343i knows of the issue.

 

What is a bundle pack?

I took a look at the links, the bundle package does not include the full game, the full description makes a mention of this further down the page.

This bundle requires the full Need for Speed™ Rivals game.

Contact Xbox Support to get a refund of the game

 

I am from Australia and have spoken to Fair Trading and they have backed me up saying xbox must provide the advertised content of the package. XBOX is doing its normal thing and fighting it hoping we will just go away.

If you are happy with a refund then xbox is not allowed to refuse you if you make the request within 24 hours or the content doesn't match what was advertised.

I will fight this all of the way to the ACCC.

edit: why should we fight for a refund when the mistake was made by xbox. Take responsibility xbox or you are no better then sony. For those who bought it with Darksiders 3 bundled with you should honour the purchase instead of disrespecting your customers
and community members.

I personally am in the same boat and the support team over chat or phone don't care. They don't even offer a refund.

 

Explain You situation to Xbox Support and maybe You can get a refund
