cancel the live gold member

Hi guys, one hour ago I bought a 12 month gold member and then cancel it ASAP on the website, it shows the whole money will refunded to my credit card,is it means I didn't pay anything actually？but I did't find any detail about refund on my bill management. My

Credit Card got charged after cancelling auto-renew

I cancelled my auto-renew feature last month but got charged by Microsoft yesterday for Xbox Live Gold. Worse still I can't cancel the auto subscription. My dashboard shows me as a Live Gold member and the date of next renewal at 4/6/2015 but when I click
cancel auto-payment the next page shows me as a silver member and hence I am unable to cancel it.

How can I cancel auto-payment and request for a charge reversal?

Unfortunately, you cannot delete an account completely. You can just stop using it, but it won't be deleted. From the looks of it, you're not an Xbox LIVE Gold Member, so you won't need to cancel a subscription, but if you need to cancel a subscription to
another account, you can visit this link:

Keep checking Sign in to your Microsoft account It may just haven't been enough time to update yet. Or you can try contacting support and speak to billing for confirmation.

Here's how to stop your membership from renewing, meaning you'll no longer be charged for your membership, but you will be reverted to silver, and lose gold member features.

Well I'm just concerned about my consecutive years as an Xbox LIVE Gold member. I already have everything else but this settled. Because when I renewed my membership, it canceled my old membership that wasn't being paid for at the time. (Hence, why I renewed
my membership in the first place.) So it canceled my old membership and created a new Gold membership to take it's place. Since it canceled my old one, will this stop my consecutive year(s) as an Xbox LIVE Gold Member?

well you are a silver member so there is nothing to cancel if you were a paid gold member you could cancel your subscription.
