Try deleting the app then reinstalling it. Go to My Games & Apps and find the app then press the Menu button on the controller. You can either choose Cancel Install or Attempt Reinstall (names are guesses, I can't actually remember the exact titles).

Sure! You can cancel auto renewal doing these simple steps:

Navigate to https://account.microsoft.com/services.

Sign into your Microsoft account.

Go to Services & Subscriptions.

Find your Xbox Game Pass subscription and click on Manage.

Choose Cancel subscription (Or Upgrade or Cancel).

Choose Turn off recurring billing.

Select Confirm cancellation.

You'll be shown a window where you can choose "Don't charge me on XX/XX/2022" and "Cancel now and get a refund. Choose "Don't charge me on ....".

This way you'll enjoy your subscription until your next billing date, but you Microsoft will not renew it. On the next charge day it'll be cancelled.

You can cancel it on the xbox dashboard by scrolling all the way to the right. Choose Accounts then choose Memberships. You'll be able to cancel the Zune trial/membership from there.

Again, I ask the question, if they pulled the apps out from behind the pay wall, who would actually cancel their gold or choose not to get gold?

We all know the reason why the vast majority of us pay for the Gold and that is for online gaming. It's meant to be a further benefit for those of us who pay for Gold.

Sorry to hear it. As this is the beta app there are still issues to be fixed. If you are unable to download the game from the app then cancel it and open the Store App from the start menu and find the game there to install

When I canceled and used store app to download the game, I started and stuck at 24% again
