    Evening All,

    I’d like to cancel the subscription my son set up but it’s proving difficult and very frustrating with no one to physically speak to?

    I’ve gone through the steps on the help XBox page i.e. find subscription, go to manage and cancel the subscription etc. but nothing is showing for me to manage/cancel so I’m unsure of what the charge is for?

    I’ve contacted my bank who say it has to be cancelled through Microsoft or they can cancel the card the payment is being taken from (which I’d rather not have to do).

    Easy request but proving relatively hard to carry out !

    Any help appreciated.

    Can I cancel current ultimate game pass to add 2 years of gold and re-subscribe for the full 3 yrs of ultimate?

    If you cancel the subscription now you would lose all that time that you have on the gold subscription.

    When upgrading to the Ultimate game pass subscription it combines the subscriptions into one subscription and if you cancel this subscription it cancels all of it.

    Steps to cancel:

    Go to the Microsoft subscriptions page: Go to the Microsoft website at https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in to your account.

    Find the subscription: Find the game subscription you want to cancel.

    Manage subscription: Click "Manage".

    Cancel: Select the "Cancel subscription" option.

    Choose the method: You can choose to cancel the subscription immediately with a partial refund or allow the subscription to end at the end of the current period.

    Confirm: Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.

    Select the "Manage Subscription" button.
