Cancel subscription

So i'm trying to cancel my Xbox game pass but when i go to my subscriptions, the option to cancel the subscription is not there. Does any one knows how to fix that? i've also tried calling xbox support but they won't answer.

(i.e., CA for Canada, GB for Great Britain, et al.) Should that fail, click on
Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold. You may also choose Option

Hi there,

for a subscription it might be best to immediately cancel the subscription, that usually will show what will be refunded for the time that was remaining for the subscription.

If you cancel the subscription now you would lose all that time that you have on the gold subscription.

When upgrading to the Ultimate game pass subscription it combines the subscriptions into one subscription and if you cancel this subscription it cancels all of it.

It will have all the steps on how to stop/cancel a subscription.

Keep in mind that if there is an payment due, that will need to be paid prior being able to cancel the subscription.

Head to the Microsoft account page.

Find the subscription tab and locate the realm that you wish to cancel.

Select the "Manage Subscription" button.

Cancel the subscription.

Ensure the subscription is canceled and then close the page.
