    Hi Microsoft,

    Last time I used my xbox live account (and my xbox) is around 15 years ago, but every year i forget to cancel my subscription. So for the last 15 years i paid for nothing, not your fault. Now it is time for action but i don't have any information about my account,
    don't remember the account credentials i had 15 years ago.

    I only have some kind of reference id shown on the creditcard copy. Can you please tell me what are the steps i can take to cancel this yearly subscription?

    what do you mean "close your acct"? Do you mean cancel a subcription? or delete an msn acct?

    Can you transfer my Gold to my other account?

    Sorry but it can't be done.Gold subcriptions are linked to the account that bought/redeemed it & can't be transfered to another account.

    You should never give out your account details to anyone.

    Or if you are part of the US/CA region contact (800) 469-9269

    Spoke with the Microsoft customer service. They could not retrieve / find my account.... They can charge me every year via their financial systems but in the support systems they can't find me.....

    The creditcard company also can't cancel a subscription, the only way i can do it is to terminate my creditcard and get a new one....

    Spoke with the Microsoft customer service. They could not retrieve / find my account.... They can charge me every year via their financial systems but in the support systems they can't find me.....

    The creditcard company also can't cancel a subscription, the only way i can do it is to terminate my creditcard and get a new one....

    So i have paid for 1 month of access, had that cancelled and not been refunded for what i have paid for and not been able to use? My partner removed his details from his account and was refunded for the remaining time when he had less than 1 month left on
    his subcription.
