    I want to delete my credit card from xbox account. I don't use this account but it grab money from my card every month. Also I can't cancel subscription becouse "Unable to delete this payment method until the current payment on it will not be repaid". Tell
    me, maybe I can cancel sub after 26.04 when it ll grab more money!

    This page shows how to turn off auto renew.

    You can`t simply close an account,you just stop paying your subs but the the account will always remain there as a silver account.

    Firstly I have changed country on my acc than I used xbox live gold free 1 month. Then I forgot about this account and now I can't cancel gold. HELP

    Just turn off auto renew Ghostmajic, and your account will revert to silver when the current sub runs out.

    If you want instant cancellation, you have to call support.

    Cancelling your sub mid term will not get you a refund on remaining time, but you will lose all gold access.
