    Hi,

    I have a subscription Xbox Live Gold but i did have to pay a game "games with gold"

    on Xbox 360 (Burnout paradise)

    I would like cancel my buy and be refunded.

    If i purchase a game at a reduced rate because i have a gold account
    When i cancel my gold subscription do i lose the game
    I appreciate that happens with the free monthly game

    Will I lose purchased "Deals with Gold" games if I cancel my Gold subscription?

    If I cancel my live gold subscription will I lose access to my games I purchased at the discounted "Deals with Gold" promotion?

    I understand I will lose the free "Games with Gold" games, but I am not clear about the ones I purchase at a discount.

    what are you using 14 day trial ? If so that would be why those don't give you gold only temporary multiplayer access not games with gold

    Or dealsdeals and if you are home gold and. Not the master account that wouldn't be why home gold is an xbox one feature only you would.need your own gold

    For the refund offically three is no refunds and you have to contact support

    Xbox live problems.

    Purchasing Xbox Game pass Ultimate, cancels your gold membership and game pass membership, and replaces it with ultimate which includes both gold and game pass.

    Did you actually purchase the game, or was the game "bought" as a free Game with Gold or rented during Game Pass?

    If it was a Games with Gold game, you will have to have an active Gold membership, and as a Game Pass game it might have left Game Pass or you cancelled the Game Pass subscription.

    How do I change from Xbox Live Gold to Xbox Game Pass, I do not want to change to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    You would need to cancel your Gold or wait for it to run out and then purchase Game Pass. However, keep in mind that if you want to play online, you'll need Gold unless the games are free to play.

    Free Games purchased in Games with Gold
    will     still be yours if you cancel gold membership, you can play them
    offline and with a free membership. Once you purchase the games in Xbox Live you can re-download
    them whenever you want. I hope this helps
