Cancel Past Due Subcription

I accsedently didn't cancel my EA 1 month subscription now its past due. and the cancel button doesn't show up anymore and I want to know why I tried 2 games with it. I want to cancel it without paying can someone tell me how.

Hi, since now you have an overdue payment you will need to pay for the old subscription prior to cancel/renew your EA Access subscription... since you forgot to cancel the recurring billing and you don't want to use the EA Access you can try to ask to
the support if they can help you, you can contact them here at "contact us" : https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...ions/cancel-recurring-billing-or-subscription

If you cancel the subscription not to long after the billing cycle started, it should offer you an option to automatically get a refund for it, but if it doesn't, then like he said above, be sure to contact support.

the best thing to do would be to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us You should be able to explain that you turned off auto-renewal and
should not have been billed and hopefully they can remove the past due paymetn.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to cancel a past due subscription. Unfortunately, a past
due subscription is not able to be cancelled until the past due is paid off. You could pay the subscription, then cancel it right after.
