    Cancel my Xbox Live subscription


    I want to cancel my Xbox Live subscription.

    I have been through all the forum answers and links .

    I have been through the Billing / Subscriptions pages .

    I am unable to email support as the name area is ` GREYED OUT ` and this is required to complete the form.

    I can no longer view my details as I have a new phone number and have to wait 3 weeks to view this ..................................................WTF

    This is the most ridiculous set up I have come across to date.

    I have cancelled my Paypal subscription to xbox.

    DOES ANYONE know how else to cancel this ????????????????????????????????????/

    Need Help Turning Off Auto-Renewal

    1. Sign in using your Microsoft account.

    2. Once you’re signed in, go to My Account.

    3. In the Xbox LIVE section of the My Account page, click Cancel Auto Payment.

    You would have to contact support directly. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada. If you're in a different region, what region are you in so I can get you the correct number.

    Okay thank you ...... I have been trying that unsuccessfully

    I am in London , UK ....so if you can get a number for support directly or a link to email them then great
