    You cannot get refunds for subscriptions but you can turn off auto renewal so you won't be billed again. Go to your subscriptions in account settings and turn off recurring payments there

    That's not true, Xbox users can buy, in example, Fallout76 for €39,90. But Xbox for PC users can't buy this game on Xbox Store or Windows Store

    What I wish is that we, Xbox Gamepass for PC subscriptors, besides the free to play subscription games could buy the other titles that Xbox console users have available to buy, for a price lower than other distributors.

    i payed for Xbox live for 3 months 1 month ago. i then payed for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate i cancelled the game pass and it cancelled my Xbox Live as well. it shouldn't cancelled the Xbox live as well

    So to cancel an xbox live account you need to do it with xbox live because that is who you have the billing agreement with not PayPal. To do this you sign into your account on xbox live select my account, the select my subscriptions then you will see the
    option to cancel renewal. If that fails you need to call support and they will cancel it.
