To cancel a subscription kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and then click "Manage", you should see the option to cancel it from there.

You can turn off auto-renewal and/or cancel at http://account.microsoft.com

Click Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.

Under Payment Settings, click Cancel.

If you qualify for a refund, you must choose between not charging my subscription again and ending now and getting a refund. If you don't qualify for a refund, you'll only see the option to not charge my subscription again.
