    I'd like to cancel my membership automatically renew service, but failed. I can't cancel
    my credit card binding,because I have a subscription service..

    I want to cancel this month membership, and then cancel the membership function
    of the automatic renewal.

    Yes, your gold membership will continue to be used, even if you do not play. That is why it is recommended to call customer service and cancel your gold membership to save it for later if you are going to be offline for a while. That is what I did.

    I did contact customer service, they told me that they are not able to adjust prices for a membership and if I cancel my membership and try to repurchase the correct one again it might not give me the promotional price. She linked me this and told me to
    make a post here with the customer service chat # which a mod removed.
