Cancel Karaoke One Subscription

I got this app called Karaoke One from Microsoft Store last week, and the only way really to play was to get the 2.99 spring special subscription (it's 9.99 a month after). There's no way to cancel the subscription or delete your account either. I emailed
them and they haven't responded either. Anyone know how to cancel the subscription or have an answer to my question?

You have to go into your Microsoft account and cancel the subscription from there and that's it. It took me forever to figure it out shouldn't be so hard

Thank you and also go to your xbox subscriptions and I think I cancelled it through there too. They took over a whole week to even respond, which their response didn't even help. Just dont subscribe, whoever that may see this.

Found this ...it might help you... It was found on the karaokeone.tv. website down in the left bottom corner hidden under cookie policy and in terms and policy section. Scroll all the way down until you get to terminations. Copied and pasted here for your
convenience.

I emailed them and I am currently waiting for a cancellation. Today is 6/25/2020. Hope this works for both of us and many more that get caught in their trap.

Recurring subscriptions may be terminated at any time by sending a clear and unambiguous termination notice to the Owner using the contact details provided in this document, or — if applicable — by using the corresponding controls

If the notice of termination is received by the Owner before the subscription renews, the termination shall take effect as soon as the current period is completed.

There are, but the only things you can do is change your username/picture/f+l name/bday/emails password and notifications. The support page doesn’t even help at all. They still haven’t answered my email, and I bet they probably won’t.
