I in Microsoft's Web site for the cancellation of the Xbox one gold membership renewal, but still give me renewed gold membership, and deductions, I don't need this service, I hope can be canceled in April to July of gold member. Thank you very much.

well you are a silver member so there is nothing to cancel if you were a paid gold member you could cancel your subscription.

Try signing into your account at
account.microsoft.com and select Services & Subscriptions from the tabs - from here on the right hand side you should see the option to cancel automatic renewal.

If you are still unable to cancel via this method then you will have to contact xbox customer support line.

Unfortunately if there is an outstanding balance against your account then this will need to be settled. For further help doing so or to request a refund you will need to contact xbox customer support.

Click on this
link which will direct you to the xbox support page. From here select "Billing" and then on the left hand side choose the option "Cancel xbox LIVE Gold subscription". You should have two options, one being to request a call back from support and the other
to chat with support via their chat based system.
