    Cancelling pre-order games?

    Hi, as the Ambassador says you can cancel the pre-order by contacting Xbox support, I would recommend you call them by phone.

    Can I cancel a pre-order?

    Yes, before we release the game, you can cancel your pre-order by contacting Xbox Support.

    Just cancel the pre-order. A pre-order doesn't constitute a contract to buy.

    As the game is already released, you are not able to cancel the preorder Cancel Gears Pre-order :( You can only cancel a preorder prior to release I'm sorry to say

    If i pre order the UE version of gears 5 with game pass, and i decide to buy the actual game later on, do i have to buy the ultimate edition or could i still get the standard one? - thanks

    I did not pre order using my credit, but i installed gears 5 ultimate edition in the microsoft store, how do i cancel that as in the store it does not show that the pre ordered gears 5 ultimate edition

    Gears of War: Judgment is No.1 but sales down massively on GOW3

    The demo was enough for me :( , I cancelled my Pre-order and went with Bioshock instead.

    I stick with Gears 3 :)
