    Cancel game pass subscription


    Im trying to cancel my subscription which is saying is passed due, which is also saying there's 3 different dates it expires. which is confusing and I'm getting super annoyed i shouldn't be passed due if it expires on 4/30/2020. Saying it also expires
    on 4/24 & 4/25. I need help before i explode. Also went to update my live, rather have that than game pass and it says my 3 months will be converted to one game pass month..could i then cancel my game pass request a refund and do my original 3 months live.
    This is all bs why have an expiration day if they'll charge you a week ahead of time. i have no idea what category to select..

    Question on Xbox gamepass / gold / gamepass ult / pc gamepass

    Please also keep in mind, that if you cancel your game pass ultimate it will also cancel gold and the game pass subscription aswell in that moment you cancel your ultimate subscription.

    Game pass ultimate includes gold and the game pass subscription so if you have the gold and purchase the ultimate subscription it will cancel the gold subscription and put it in with the ultimate. The Gold subscription will show as being cancelled in your
    subscriptions.

    Can I cancel current ultimate game pass to add 2 years of gold and re-subscribe for the full 3 yrs of ultimate?

    If you cancel the subscription now you would lose all that time that you have on the gold subscription.

    When upgrading to the Ultimate game pass subscription it combines the subscriptions into one subscription and if you cancel this subscription it cancels all of it.
