Cancel game pass error and refund impossible

Hi sick to death going in circles when 2 year old pressed button to purchase £79 in Vbucks. Cant get an error. Now I have cancelled xbox gold, I am trying to cancel the game pass and for the past 72 hours it says -

”we ran into an error while disabling recurring billing” what do I do to cancel now?????????

The link Sign in to your Microsoft account is not working (page has not the form) and MS support told me: please wait 24h and try again But form is no working again and again. How I can to cancel the game pass?

 

*Cant get an error. meant cant get a refund - this is nomatter what I have tried.
