    Cancel EA Access Subscription bought using prepaid card.


    I bought 1 year EA Access back in March 2017 using prepaid EA Access Card, as per now it is not much of use for me. If I cancel my subscription will I get a refund? If yes what will be the amount and where will the refund be deposited? I want to use refund
    as Microsoft balance so that I could use it for future purchase.

    i assume you speaking about prepaid xbox currency (gold refers to the online subscription). And no you cannot, either use a credit card or go the gamestop and buy a ea access code from them

    You would have to contact support and speak to billing about cancelling it. Since it's been over 30 days and you used a prepaid card, it's unlikely they will issue a refund. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    EA Access can only be purchased via credit card/paypal or by purchasing a prepaid EA Access subscription card from a retailer. Currency on your account cannot be used to purchase third party subscriptions.

    It's not possible to use Microsoft currency to pay for third party subscriptions. You would either need to use a credit card or purchase a prepaid EA Access subscription card elsewhere.

    No. Currency from your Microsoft account cannot be used for third party subscriptions. There are prepaid EA Access cards available.

    Currency from gift cards can only be used to purchase games and other content. It is not set up to work with a recurring subscription so it cannot be used to buy gold and it does not work with third party subscriptions so it won't work for EA Access. You
    would need to purchase subscriptions via credit card/PayPal or buying a prepaid gold or EA Access card.
