Cancel EA Access is being blocked

Discus and support Cancel EA Access is being blocked in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Why can't I cancel EA Access? I NEVER asked them to auto renew it.     Cancel EA Access is being blocked


    Why can't I cancel EA Access? I NEVER asked them to auto renew it. I can't get any options to turn it off. I'm consistently rerouted to support that always fails to connect. They refuse to give me the option for a phone call. I DO NOT want to pay for this
    feature. Ever. Turn it off. I want my credit card off of my account.

    Cancel EA Access is being blocked

    Whenever you buy a subscription service through Xbox, the terms and conditions are listed on the confirmation screen that warn you that auto-renewal will be turned on. By confirming the purchase you agree to the renewal option.

    If you can't cancel it at Sign in to your Microsoft account, you will have to go through phone/chat support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    I have the solution now!

    XBOX-support couldn't do anything, neither did EA. BUT EA's guy knew what to do!

    EA Access blocks this code from being redeemed!

    I just phoned microsoft, and a lovely lady cancelled my subscription to EA Access and refunded me.

    I just redeemed the code successfully.

    Now ill just activate EA Access again.

    I guess its a glitch, EA might have thought that they don't want Access users to accidentally buy the games they can get from access

    Hey guys, I've been seeing a lot of posts about this. It seems as though subscriptions to EA access are blocking the use of codes for some EA games. You'll need to contact phone support to cancel the service (if you have it), redeem the code then sign
    up for EA Access again.

    If you do not want EA Access anymore, you should be able to cancel it on
    account.microsoft.com     then select services and subscriptions, and under EA Access select payment & billing, then select cancel.
