    Today, I wanted to download an update for Halo 5: Guardians. But when I went to do so, there was some errors, and when I go to cancel the update, the cancel button disappeared (btw I'm on the new xbox one UI) Anything helps!

    With what you just explained. I could create another email and move that gamertag to it and then just give someone that account so i don't have to worry about it? can you explain how to move gametag from one email to another?

    Press console button for 8 seconds when console turns off wait 30 seconds then power up the console and try the update again.

    How to cancel an install

    Find the game you want to cancel in games and apps, Press the menu button (the little button where start used to be) and click cancel install.
