    Hello i was ban there s some year and i loose all my achievement and i can t unlock now i Just want the possibility to unlock the achievement wen i replay the game in rétro compatibility thanks for answer

    PLEASE, I NEED HELP!!

    Why were you banned in the first place? We might be able to help a bit more if you say it.
    But I'm afraid there is not much we can do, except some giving you some tips maybe. I realize that is a terrible thing to happen but none of us have the authority to cancel your ban.

    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    you mean you got a gamers core reset ?

    If so then you can't get the old achievements you didn't earn before and modified or earned before the mod

    You can only gain new ones

    If you mean your permantely suspended account then you can always earn the same achievements on a new account but anything on the old account can only be earned off line as you would've been banned from online access

    Cancelled or account suspended/banned?

    If cancelled, you may want to find out why by calling customer service. If its a suspension or ban, you can find out why by posting in the forums section for suspended accounts.

    Hi, thanks for the reply George, do you think it’s not actually permanently banned and just a error? Because I was reading that Xbox cancels your game pass subscription when your get permanently banned and I checked my account and they haven’t cancelled it.

    And I wish hacking is no longer in our systems or banning people's accounts. It's very terrible and I wish banning people's accounts wish it's banned for being banned or hacked . I mean modio should be banned or cancel or some other hacking websites should
