Cancel automatic charges!!

That's and odd issue, this is the first time that someone experience something like this.

Due to Microsoft support can't access to any new card information, due to only with the 16 digit card number is not possible to make new charges.

To make a charge is needed to have CVV (3 or 4 digits back the card) and expiration date.

I can advise you in this case check if maybe someone that you know is using your card to pay things on Microsoft.

Other than that, you can try requesting a call from Microsoft support but they're going to say the same as I

Probably the charges are going to be cancelled automatically

Can you share the steps you used to cancel automatic renewal? I don't believe you would be charged if it would've had cancelled.
