    Cancel and refund of forntie v-bucks


    I need a contact number and current email address so that I can be in touch with a real person at Microsoft. My young son also bought huge amount of vbucks unauthorised by me,which he has not used, similar to the other story of Sneday. I successfully submitted
    a Micosoft Xbox One refund request a few days back but have had no response yet. It feels like it just went into a black hole. I can't find any phone contact number on Microsoft website

    Up until last night, I had the Leviathan axe in Fortnite on xbox (One-handed pick axe) but then today, it's gone! How can I get this back?

    Did you recently request a refund for any of your v-bucks purchases? To check, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to validate.

    Because if we have requests refund for v-bucks the items that was used with that v-bucks will be removed.

    Just a friendly reminder though that once we requested a refund for a V-bucks and refunded, the V-bucks or the items that were purchased using the V-bucks will be removed as well. That's what causes the issue.

    So I bought vbucks and bought something with it, but then refunded it. Will I keep the things I bought, if not may you remove the refunded 1000 vbucks from my account.

    Refunding V-bucks will also remove the in-game contents you purchased using your V-bucks.

    To cancel a refund request, you will need to check your email inbox for the email confirmation you received from the Xbox refund webform team and reply there informing them that you want to cancel your refund.
