complete agreement, this is ****, seriously considering cancelling all Microsoft related charges and sticking with Sony.

So I have already addressed the library with Vudu. Much like what you linked, they informed me that Microsoft cancelled the transaction, and since the transaction was made through Microsoft, I need to go through them. The charge on the bank statement does indeed show Microsoft. Vudu does NOT process charges on the Xbox platform. Microsoft handles all charges.

There is a charge on my credit card that is a Microsoft subscription that I did not authorize, and is not associated with my Microsoft account. I need to cancel that, and I haven’t found anyone to speak to about that.

If the charge isnt appearing on your own Microsoft account then the only option would be to have your bank block the charges because cancelling/refunding the charges from the Microsoft end would require having access to the account that the charges are originating from.

The charge is all on the balance, the card is only for future charges, and you can cancel the recurring charge at any time
