    Cancelling a Free Acount

    I made an acount on zune not knowing it would make me a free xbox acount. I'd like to manage the xbox live acount i always use with the email of the free acount. Is there a way to cancel the free acount?

    1) The Microsoft Account.is what we used to call that the Windows Live ID.



    2) You can't delete the XBL account but you can change the email addresse assigned to the Microsoft Account.



    3) Sign in at http://account.live.com



    4) Go to Update Email Address and pick a new Microsoft Account email address (something forgettable like
    L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** or equally ridiculous), and save the change.



    5) In 30 days (a 'speed bump' imposed by Microsoft Accounts, not the idea of the folks at Xbox) you can reuse the original Microsoft Account addresse on another account.

    Deleting an account?!

    You have two options.

    Or you can change the name of your acount (but that cost 800 ms points...).

    Or you lose all you aquired in older acount and create a new one, but to delete a acount it´s a little complicade...

    First go to your acount, and go to acount management

    Go to acount management Xbox, xbox cancelation (and chose i want call a xobx suport manager, yeh you have to wait, they removed the direct toll to do that, explainyour case and i hope they will solve).

    I hope i help you and forgive my bad english it´s self learnerd.
