if you use the above link you can also request that they call you so you dont have to wait on hole, but that particular funtion seems to end at 5pm PST.

Microsoft NEVER allow anyone to cancel auto renew via the xbox website. YOU MUST contact support and cancel it over the phone so they can have a customer services rep try to convince you not to cancel.

@ Moz - Trust me, for anyone that lives in the UK cancelling via the account options on the xbox website DOES NOT WORK

I had an issue with a pre-paid card and the tech cancel my account then reactivated it the same day. She messed up by canceling my account. This is why I am ready to jump ship and go buy a playstation. 10 years on xbox live and the customer service sucks
compared to 10 years ago.
