    Cancel a pre-order


    Hello Microsoft Support,

    I want to cancel my pre-order for Dishonored 2 because I probably have to sell my XBOX ONE next months. Is there any way to delete Dishonored 1 (was with the pre-order edition of Dishonored 2) and give me the 69,99 € back? I need all my money at the moment.
    Hopefully you can help me.

    Cancelling pre-order games?

    Hi, as the Ambassador says you can cancel the pre-order by contacting Xbox support, I would recommend you call them by phone.

    Can I cancel a pre-order?

    Yes, before we release the game, you can cancel your pre-order by contacting Xbox Support.

    i want to cancel my pre order of fifa 18 ronaldo edition and i am 11 years old i accsedentilly pressed bey and my mums credit card was there so i think i bought it and i will be in big big big trouble if she finds out so can u cansel it for me my user name

    No one on the forums can issue refunds. As stated above, you would need to contact support directly.

    Just for the record, I find it incredibly inconvenient and insulting that I have to contact someone to cancel a pre-order.

    There's no reason I shouldn't be able to do that straight from the website.

    I will never pre-order something from XBox.com again as long as this is the case.
