    Hello xbox one friends Cancel a pre-order game :D, so here the thing, i pre-order "Call of duty WWII game" but my girlfriend just bought me the game via amazon. I wanted to know how should i do to cancel the pre-order.

    Cancelling pre-order games?

    Hi, as the Ambassador says you can cancel the pre-order by contacting Xbox support, I would recommend you call them by phone.

    support.xbox.com/.../pre-order-faq

    Can I cancel a pre-order?

    Yes, before we release the game, you can cancel your pre-order by contacting Xbox Support.

    How do I keep my digital pre-orders from being cancelled due to a delayed release date? Ex: Cyberpunk 2077

    The only way it would be cancelled, is if you cancel the pre-order. Just because a game gets delayed, does not mean your order would be cancelled.
