    Canadian Xbox One X Scorpio Shipped with EU Power Cord


    So the Xbox One X Scorpio edition that I pre-ordered from Walmart was shipped with a EU power cord prong, even though the box clearly states that it's a US/Canadian version. I've been a Xbox Live customer for over 10 years, and this is very disappointing.
    To be honest, I don't even know how a mistake like this could happen. Xbox Support Team, I would greatly appreciate a quick resolution to this issue. I've already contacted Walmart Canada and they informed me to contact the Xbox team. Please assist in this
    matter, thanks.

    I'm not sure about getting one part without the other, but remember that different countries in the EU have different power socket types. Make sure you get the right plug type for the country you will be using the Xbox One in.

    Hello, I bought my Xbox One from the US but I intend to use it in the EU. I'm getting my power brick replaced by Microsoft to a suitable one but as I understand the replacement does not come with a power cord (the cord that connects the brick to the power
    outlet). Does any one know if I can purchase a suitable power cord online? I tried a few google and ebay searches but all the listings are for the entire power brick which I don't need. Thanks

    Should I be worried? What is going on?

    Most problems Ive heard of are with the Scorpio Edition which includes the one I got and the second one I traded that one in for.Going to trade it back in again for just a regular One X.Im haveing issues with the power or the power cord.I can get it to turn
    on but sometimes nothing will run.When I first plugged it in yesterday It wouldnt turn o n at all.Had to replug the power cord in several times.This happened with both Scorpio editions Ive had.If the regular One X works then maybe its a case of them rushing
    out the Scorpio editions.I dont know.Ive looked these problems up online and they are all over the place for the scorpio edition.That being said I wouldnt be too worrried.If anything you will be able to replace it easily enough.

    If you have an Xbox One S or an Xbox One X, you can use its power cord with your new console. The power cord from the original Xbox One would not work with a Series S/X console.

    I have an Xbox One X, not the Xbox One X Scorpio edition and mine isn't slow or clunky. I think they made so adjustments to the Xbox One X after the Scorpio edition came out.
