Canadian Xbox One CExchange program

The CA Microsoft store was offering up to $300 for trading in an Xbox One towards the new Xbox One S. Over 1 week ago I sent my Xbox by Fedex to CExchange, they performed the evaluation and confirmed that everything was working and that I would receive coupon
to use towards specific items in the Microsoft store.

After waiting a few days for my coupon code, I contacted CExchange to find out why it was delayed and they stated that they are waiting for Microsoft to issue more codes. Can someone from Microsoft look into this issue please?

Invalid Trade-In Promo Code

I have the same issue. I recently traded in my 360 to receive the $100 credit towards the purchase of an Xbox One. I was stoked when I got the email with my code, and went online to the Microsoft store to buy my Xbox One, but I get a message saying "invalid
promo code". I have tried probably 50 times, hasn't worked yet. I have called the Microsoft store multiple times, they say they can't help me, and to call Cexchange. I called Cexchange, and they told me they don't do the promo codes, Microsoft does. I'm pretty
angry about this, neither Microsoft Store nor Cexchange will help me with this issue. Instead, I don't have my Xbox 360, and also don't have my $100 credit either. It sucks. I will call both again tomorrow and see if something can get figured out. I'll keep
you guys posted.

 

Invalid Trade-In Promo Code

Just an update on the Invalid promo code situation I have experienced. I sent an email to Cexchange customer service yesterday and received a reply this morning which told me to contact the Microsoft store customer service number. I called Microsoft, and
they were very helpful. Basically, I had to send them the email I received from Cexchange with the code in it so they could verify that the code was invalid. After the guy on the phone got approval from his supervisor I was able to order my Xbox One over the
phone with my $100 off. I am pretty happy now that the situation has been resolved and looking forward to playing GTA V on Xbox One soon!
