Canadian and received $75.00 online credit offer

I live in Canada and I received the $75.00 online credit offer for the Xbox One. According to the terms of this offer though it is not valid since I live outside the United States. As a loyal Xbox customer I find this to be confusing and also insulting.
Why would you offer me a promotion which requires me to spend over $300 when it's pretty obvious I don't even live in the only country the promo applies to!?

So my question is, since I received the offer as a loyal customer will Microsoft overlook that fact since they issued me the offer? Or should I consider this another bait and switch scenario which to me seems like false advertising?

Same thing here. I did it last night and it said I would get 75.00 off yet I still haven't received the email. The site says I already received it but I haven't and I've checked my spam folder several times.

 

This offer was confirmed to work in Canada and Europe. Why would you be insulted because the offer works for you and you got it? Just be happy you got the offer since so many people are wondering where their's is.

Or did you set up an us account is that why you got denied?

With promos your have to live in your account region as they are region specific

 

If you have a US account but you did the promo as a Canada shipping address that won't help as you need a US address for a US promotion

If you supplied a canadain address you can only use the candian promotion
