(CANADA ONLY) Buy Xbox One/1 year EA access not working?

I was promised to get 1 year of ea access if I buy an xbox one between 24-31 December. I got it on the 30th however I haven't gotten my code

Hi there, on the past I have the ea access active then after 1 year I not make the renew , was in 2016 .

Today i was to buy one year of ea access and put my card details on my account and made the payment but on my account show 2*19.99 (one say card not present and another say not valid) on my Xbox account shows the payment was made and another like this £
-19.99 refunded

So I don't have the ea access active ! But the money was out of my bank account !!! Or go out and in again ?

 

Hello. I received the same offer and purchased an Xbox one. I signed in on Dec 31st before the end of the day and never received my code either. Please let me know if your situation gets resolved and how you fixed it. I will do the same for you.
