The One X is multi voltage so all you'll need is the correct power cable for the U.S.

Using a step up converter could do more harm than good.

Your account region must match your physical region. If you are using a US account in Korea, you will continue to have issues. You can create a Korean account if you wish to purchase and download from the Marketplace.

You can select south Korea not Korea as it is 2 separate countries and seeing as north Korea is not allowed on the network due to the us embargo

Are you certain you're using the game which purchased the game and/or are you using the console which is designated the "Home Xbox" of the purchasing account?

If you accidentally used another account, which has a different Home Xbox from your own, that could be why you're having this issue.
