First and foremost a wrapper driver because sony does not officially supports any platform except for playstation

Your options is ds4win and steam

You have to enable it in steam settings to work outside of steam

You would need a Windows compatible controller. I'm not sure if Sony has the drivers for the PS4 controller, but I don't think so.

You may make it work with an PS4 emulator but it might not work as expected. You can try downloading a PS4 controller emulator to see if it works.

As yet, cloud games only support controllers. It's not possible to play with a keyboard and mouse. The games on the cloud are running from Xbox console hardware, where many games are controller only anyway.

Unlike cloud gaming on an Xbox console, there are few more options with what controller you can use when playing via a PC or other compatible device.
