    Can you use Bluetooth?


    I recently purchased a new sound bar to connect to my Xbox one but I can’t find the Bluetooth setting on my Xbox. Does the Xbox One have Bluetooth compatibility or can it only be connected with a wire or something.

    Can you use External hard Drives?

    Basically i've been buying games via Games on Demand and have no room left on my Hard Drive, I would like to know if it is possible to use a 500GB/1TB External USB Hard drive to store games?



    Any help is appreciated.

    Can you use External hard Drives?

    A USB HDD works the same way as a USB Memory Unit. As long as it is FAT32 formatted/partitioned, you can configure up to 16GB of the drive for use as a USB Memory Unit. The rest of the space will not be usable as a Memory Unit.

    Hey ToxicPhoenix010! The Xbox doesn't have the ability to connect via Bluetooth. You will need to use an HDMI or optical audio cable to connect the console. Thanks!

    Hey ToxicPhoenix010! The Xbox doesn't have the ability to connect via Bluetooth. You will need to use an HDMI or optical audio cable to connect the console. Thanks!

    maybe if your tv has Bluetooth, you can use headphones using the bluetooth, that's what i use

    MCaaron22, if you read what you just linked to you will see just a little under the picture at the top of the page "Note Bluetooth mode is only for operation with Bluetooth devices. The Xbox 360 console does not support Bluetooth technology."

    The headset acts like a regular wireless headset for use with the 360 but it has a bluetooth mode so you can use it with bluetooth devices. The 360 has no bluetooth.

    Hi Lior,

    What Bluetooth Adapter are you using?

    Also have you tried running the Bluetooth troubleshooter to see if it can find the problem? If you haven't already seen this support article "Fix
    Bluetooth problems in Windows 10    " and go through all of the steps mentioned on that article to troubleshoot the Bluetooth adapter.

    If that doesn't help, I would see if you can try connecting the controller to another Bluetooth enabled PC in order to narrow the issue to either the controller or the Bluetooth adapter.

    As mentioned, you can usually only connect to a single device at a time using Bluetooth. However the Xbox doesn't have Bluetooth, so you won't be connecting to that via Bluetooth technology, but you won't be able to use it on anything else while connected
    to the Xbox.
