    Well the ability to have custom gamer pics has finally been released but 1 problem IT SAYS THAT i need to be OLDER to upload it......(Im 14) is that not the stupidest thing you have ever heard?

    Not stupid at all.

    Perfectly reasonable that under 18's can't upload a custom gamerpic.

    The best option is to download the Xbox beta app on your mobile device. Through that go to setting in your account and change your gamer pic to an image you have downloaded.

    It's just as easy doing it via your console,especially if you download the on drive app.

    Unfortunately this is becoming a bit of a trend. People just can't wait and are now customising their gamer pictures before the feature has gone live. Players have even gone as far as setting up clubs that explain how to MOD your gamer picture right now.

    So with that in mind here's some friendly advice and a little heads up.

    As has already been said by, Daft Badger unless you are part of the Xbox app beta or a member of the Xbox insiders program (Alpha ring), using a customised gamer picture is against T&C's and if caught will get your account suspended.

    I for one think this is a bad idea. I'm hoping Microsoft have some form of filter in place to stop people uploading explicit material otherwise I can see this getting abused very quickly.

    Open the Insider app & it will tell you what ring you are in.

    As GG said,just download the beta xbox app if you have a windows 10 pc & you can use custom pics from there now.

    Wow,it really isn't sinking in is it?

    At the moment you CAN NOT use custom gamerpics unless you are in the alpha ring of the insider program.

    YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED if you are caught with a custom gamerpic at the moment.

    Only people in the Insider programme Alpha ring can use custom gamerpics at the moment.

    Anyone else who tries it risks some kind of enforcement action.
