    Can you transfer purchased content from one account to another?


    Long story short, I purchased some e-content for Sea of Thieves on this account but the one I use for gaming (and have had since the xbox360 days) is different. Apparently I can't request a refund on digital content (thanks Microsoft) so can I somehow transfer
    the content from one account to another?

    If not, can I "link" the two accounts together somehow? There must be a better way of integrating old xbox accounts with newer PC accounts.

    No, digital purchases from one microsoft account can not be transfered to another account. You can use the content from the one account if they are using the home console of said account, or the account is logged in at the time to validate content license.
    But you can not transfer the license off the account.

    You can't transfer any content from one account to another. You will have to use the account the content was created/purchased with.

    You can transfer the licenses for any downloadable content for your own account. That doesn't transfer the game itself form one account to another though. The license transfer tool is set up for when you purchase a new console and need to switch your gamer
    profile from one console to another.
