    Please be aware that they won't provide you with the exact time you have been caught cheating, as this may give an indication on who has reported you. But they will provide you with a generic reason, as they have done above.



    If your friend feels as though the enforcement action is inaccurate and is eligible, they can submit a case appeal to the Xbox Enforcement team via their enforcement history here: Xbox Enforcement History | Xbox Support

    If they click onto the enforcement action, they may see a button where they can submit a case appeal. However, this will only show if they are eligible.
