If you are not getting the response that you want I would reach out to the financial institution that you used to purchase the game and dispute the charges. I don't think you should be sharing your case number on the forums. For one, we on the forums
can't resolve the issue for you because we don't have the access or ability to issue or process refunds. Secondly sharing of that kind of information is not necessary because it could be considered being part of personal information since that case number
is attached to the rest of your other information. I truly hope that you are able to get your situation resolved soon.

usually a refund get accepted if you use a gift card most credit cards get rejected because its easier to add money back to your account then adding it back to your bank account.
