    Dear Microsoft,

    My kids have extensive progress on several games On my my profile from when they were small. They have their own Profiles now. Is it possible to switch their save game progress to their new Profiles!?

    No. It's not possible to transfer progress between accounts.

    No unfortunately you cannot. It may be worth sticking to one account going forward—I know this can be frustrating at first if you have game save data you want to save though. I ran into a similar situation about a decade ago switching over between profiles.

    Hi, sorry but it's not possible to switch saved games between profiles. Sadly you will need to start over with your games.
